NYC AND MARRAKESH TOP THE WORLD

For the fifth year in a row, travelers have catapulted New York City into the top spot for most popular U.S. destination, according to TripAdvisor’s latest Traveler’s Choice awards for destinations.

For the first time, the top international destination was Marrakesh, Morocco, which moved up five spots from last year.  Marrakesh overtook last year’s winner, Istanbul.

TripAdvisor’s winners were chosen using an algorithm that considered the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for hotels, restaurants and attractions over a 12-month period.

    Art,

I’ve seen (and so has Sally, of course) 14 of 15 of the US and all but one of the foreign. We did a lot of traveling when we were younger, not so much now.
